Highlight

The Fexa team has been great. They’ve been able to guide us through step-by-step on best practices, and what needs to happen when building out so it works correctly.

What do you love most about Fexa?

“At our company, this is our first work order platform, so we need to have a lot of buy-in from our store managers. Fexa is a very simple platform that store managers can easily learn. Fexa meets that quite well. Also, Fexa has other things we’re really excited to implement, such as asset tracking, PMs, and meeting those compliances with leases and state regulations. Being able to have visibility with that and make sure it’s all happening is great.”

Describe life before and after Fexa

“We’re at the very beginning of our journey in centralized maintenance. We’re 96 years old and we’ve never had a maintenance program. With Fexa, we can start adding that visibility throughout the company with what’s happening and what we need to happen, which is our first goal.”

How was your experience implementing Fexa?

“The Fexa team has been great. They’ve been able to guide us through step-by-step on best practices, and what needs to happen when building out so it works correctly. They’re also very open to listening to our needs when need to figure out how to do something so it meets our expectations.”

What are some challenges facing the industry today?

“Compliance— whether internal or from vendors. Also, the funds to follow through with that compliance. Whether it’s the lack of funding from the company or the power the facilities team has to follow through and push for those things to happen.”

What are some technologies that you’re looking forward to in the industry?

“AI, or some other form of robust software or system, just to be able to collect, track, and think proactively about assets, so that we can improve the time it’s fixed and ensure we have the funds to fix it. If you’re not thinking proactively it’s going to cost more down the road to fix it. Just that visibility for the whole team to come together and come up with a plan so that we’re not playing catchup all the time.”

Would you recommend Fexa to others?

“I think it’s a great platform that people should take a look at. There’s a lot of upside to the simplicity to it, but also the robustness of the reporting and the visibility aspects of it. There’s plenty more that we haven’t explored yet. It’s a great program for anyone to at least look at.”
