Nominate a facilities manager direct-report, teammate, partner, customer, or supervisor who: 1.) Solves problems without fanfare, 2.) Keeps your stores operational, 3.) Goes the extra mile—even off the clock, 4.) Shows leadership, creativity, or grit.
Keep it real and specific. Tell us about: 1.) A moment when they saved the day, 2.) A creative solution they came up with, 3.) How their work impacts customers or teams, 4.) It doesn’t have to be long. Just meaningful.
Facilities leaders are essential, yet often invisible. This campaign is about fixing that. When we recognize their work, we raise the standard for everyone and shine a light on the critical work facilities professionals do day in and day out.
You! Recognition can come from a peer, a supervisor, a friend, even a family member.
Yes. You can nominate up to three people.
No. You do not need to be a Fexa customer to nominate or be recognized. We are celebrating facilities managers across the industries we serve. We’ll even send some stickers to facilities managers outside the industries we serve.
Winners are selected by a panel of Fexa team members and industry peers based on the stories shared in the nominations. We’re looking for impact, effort, creativity, and heart. Winners will be announced during FM Appreciation Week, November 17–21, 2025. Follow Fexa on LinkedIn or check back on this page to see the full list. Fexa’s FM Appreciation Week is a recognition campaign designed to highlight facilities professionals who go above and beyond. Participation is open to the public, and nominations are accepted through Fexa’s official channels.
Nominees must be currently employed in a facilities, operations, or maintenance role. Employees of Fexa are not eligible to be nominated.
Winners will be chosen by a panel of Fexa team members and industry advisors based on the quality and content of nominations. All judging decisions are final.
Winners may receive public recognition via Fexa’s marketing channels. Select winners will receive an FM Appreciation swag box.
To qualify for swag, nominees must be located in the USA and associated with one of Fexa’s predefined eligible accounts. Nominated individuals who are not part of these accounts may receive a smaller token of appreciation. Fexa reserves the right to determine swag distribution at its discretion and notes that the first 100 nominees are subject to receive swag until supplies run out.
By submitting a nomination, you grant Fexa permission to share submitted content, names, and likenesses for campaign-related promotional use across web, social, and print.
Awards and swag items have no cash value, are not for resale, and may not be transferred.
