Who should you nominate?
Nominate a facilities manager direct-report, teammate, partner, customer, or supervisor who: 1.) Solves problems without fanfare, 2.) Keeps your stores operational, 3.) Goes the extra mile—even off the clock, 4.) Shows leadership, creativity, or grit.
What makes a great nomination?
Keep it real and specific. Tell us about: 1.) A moment when they saved the day, 2.) A creative solution they came up with, 3.) How their work impacts customers or teams, 4.) It doesn’t have to be long. Just meaningful.
Why does this matter?
Facilities leaders are essential, yet often invisible. This campaign is about fixing that. When we recognize their work, we raise the standard for everyone and shine a light on the critical work facilities professionals do day in and day out.
Who can nominate someone?
You! Recognition can come from a peer, a supervisor, a friend, even a family member.
Can I nominate more than one person?
Yes. You can nominate up to three people.
Do I need to be a Fexa customer?
No. You do not need to be a Fexa customer to nominate or be recognized. We are celebrating facilities managers across the industries we serve. We’ll even send some stickers to facilities managers outside the industries we serve.
How are winners chosen? When will they be announced?
Winners are selected by a panel of Fexa team members and industry peers based on the stories shared in the nominations. We’re looking for impact, effort, creativity, and heart.
