Why did you decide to partner with Fexa? What pain points does Fexa address?

“So, Fexa was introduced to me on day one when I started at Eyemart Express. We were their first client, their first customer. My predecessor set it up. Fexa has been great in helping us manage costs for our monthly services. We’re very pleased with what we’ve received from Fexa so far and have no plans of changing.”

What do you like most about working with the Fexa product or company?

“The system is very user-friendly, although there’s a lot to navigate and interact with. Whenever I hit an obstacle, a quick help desk ticket to the team is usually responded to within a few hours and resolved within less than a day. I really appreciate that as it helps me keep momentum on certain projects and learn new things and capabilities.”

Would you recommend Fexa to someone who’s considering a new Facility Management or CMMS Software Solution?

What is your favorite Fexa dictionary word?

“I would have to say my favorite Fexa dictionary word is ‘Fexpert.’ It’s short, sweet, and kind of rolls off the tongue. It defines just the level of interaction I have with the system. I have a sticker on my laptop that says ‘I’m a Fexpert.’ I enjoy it, and it also provides a little validation day-to-day, just to remind me that I know what I’m doing.”
