Growth Marketing Coordinator

Summary

The Growth Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by generating qualified leads through both inbound and outbound channels. Working dynamically across the sales funnel, across business units and across communication channels (phone, email, social), the GMC will identify new business opportunities and nurture potential clients through the sales funnel using a variety of strategies and tactics and a thoughtful, personalized communications approach. The right candidate for this role is a proactive, tenacious individual who is organized, methodical and eager to learn about sales and marketing in a fast-paced tech/startup environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead pre sales activities to develop a high-quality opportunity funnel to meet or exceed business goals
  • Develop interest and engagement by clarifying the unique value of Fexa’s products and solutions to a range of prospect types and personas
  • Lead all API deals from start to finish and build a book of business.
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other channels.
  • Qualify inbound leads to determine their potential as sales opportunities.
  • Engage with leads via email, phone, and chat to understand their needs and provide relevant information about our product offerings.
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Conduct market research to identify target companies and key decision-makers.
  • Execute outbound lead generation strategies, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
  • Develop personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential clients and create interest in our SaaS solutions.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through consistent follow-up and nurturing.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and status in the CRM system.
  • Track and report on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
  • Continuously improve lead generation processes by analyzing results and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on lead generation goals and strategies.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on the quality of inbound leads and suggest improvements to marketing campaigns.

Competencies & Experience

  • Ability to Multitask: Proven ability to manage multiple issues and/or projects successfully bringing them all to resolution in a timely manner.
  • Customer Communications: Demonstrated ability to tailor messaging, voice and approach to match customers’ unique industry, role, pain-points, engagement history, etc
  • Detail Orientation: Thoroughness in accomplishing a task through concern for all the areas involved, no matter how small. Monitors and checks work or information and plans and organizes time and resources efficiently
  • Problem Solving: Anticipates problems, recognizes, and accurately evaluates the signs of a problem and analyzes current procedures for possible improvements.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree required, and bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in technical software sales development or equivalent experience
  • Hunter mentality – self-motivated and a strong work ethic
  • Nimble, resourceful and comfortable “thinking on your feet”
  • Exceptional communication skills both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and an energetic phone presence.
  • Professional communication skills and ability to connect with IT business leaders.Familiarity with a range of role-specific tools, including communications tools (Salesloft, Google Workspace), Sales Intelligence (Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and CRM/Marketing Automation (Salesforce, Hubspot) is preferred
  • Ability to work, make good decisions and thrive with minimal supervision or oversight.
  • Ability to give and receive feedback professionally
  • Cool under pressure; must be able to maintain a good sense of humor 99% of the time.
