Why did you decide to partner with Fexa? What pain points does Fexa address?

“We decided to partner with Fexa because our company is growing, and we needed software that can grow with us, expand with us, and meet all of our needs and our customer prep needs. Joining the Fexa team, we were able to automate a lot of our services, a lot of our work orders, manage vendors easier, along with the service techs.

The Fexa platform is very user-friendly. For me personally, I have to train the newcomers that come on, and it’s very easy to train them and explain to them how the process works. It’s made us more efficient as a company as well. We were able to automate a lot of our processes, workflows, again help us better manage our vendors, invoicing service techs, which allowed us to grow.”

What do you like most about working with the Fexa product or company?

“I like working with Fexa’s product because it is easy to use, like I said before, and it encompasses everything that we need from it. It’s continually expanding as we do, so the new features we find that we’re able to use them and they’re applicable to our processes. What I like most, really, is the people. Whether it’s Mark, Beth, Bonnie, Catherine, they’ve all been very attentive, listening to our needs and adding to the Fexa platform to help us grow again.”

“I would recommend Fexa to others, and I have recommended Fexa to others. Last year at the Connex Summit, we met a lot of new people, and they asked us what programs we use and if they’re successful, and I definitely gave a shout-out to Fexa. I’ve recommended them to clients and vendors.”

What is your favorite Fexa dictionary word?

“If I had to choose one word, it would be Fexability because as we’re ever-changing, so is Fexa. And I think that’s really important in using a program that can move with you.”
