Importance of Understanding Unconscious Bias: Diversity & Inclusion

Unconscious bias is a part of being human.  Connex featured this segment with the Diversity & Inclusion Board Committee leads – our own Kim Goei, Mandy Rennehan of FreshCo, Pat Bacigalupo of Gap, and an expert on the topic, Sherry Darden.

Understanding these biases and being more aware of our own use of them allows us to improve our workplaces.
