We Are Here to Support You
We consider ourselves lucky that we are already a primarily remote-work company. We have not experienced any interruption in overall business, development tasks or customer service. As a matter of fact, we are recognizing our customers are focused on various challenges at the moment, so we are committed to getting some great work done behind the scenes as we anticipate receiving fewer Help Desk tickets and various postponed meetings. Overall, we are all remaining positive and focused on the silver linings of this unfortunate situation.
HOW WE ARE ADAPTING
We have always hosted the majority of our implementations virtually and are comfortable using various tools to do so. However, we are used to being physically on site with our customers for projects, training and during Go Live. Given the safety challenges we face, we have grounded our employees from travel and have formalized the utilization of virtual tools and processes to keep project resources engaged during these times.
We are supporting our employees as they adjust to potential implications of the current environment and are encouraging safe practices while at home. Thankfully (knock on wood) we are a healthy team with support around us, so we can continue to do great work for you. Rest assured we will address any needs as they arise. We know when our people are looked after, you will be well taken care of.
Virtual Fexa Innovation Summit
We are in the process of scheduling our annual Fexa Innovation Summit to be a virtual event for all to attend and enjoy. We will formalize and announce the date in the coming weeks, as we better understand the climate of our industry and focus of our customers.
HOW WE CAN HELP
Connecting our Customers
We are constantly looking for ways to connect our Customers to support each other. For example, we are connecting our multi-site customers to discuss Cleaning and Safety best practices in a virtual webinar on Friday, March 27th. We will continue to identify ways to support each other during and after this crisis.
We have engaged our Vendor Partners and their Subcontractors to offer relevant and critical information on how to make it through this challenging time and will continue to create a forum to share with each other. Please reach out should you need any support from them.
Remember, we have tools to help your vendors track things, but we do not provide value based on return compensation. Us not charging your vendors puts them in the strongest position to support you.
