“So, Fexa was introduced to me on day one when I started at Eyemart Express. We were their first client, their first customer. My predecessor set it up. “The system is very user-friendly, although there’s a lot to navigate and interact with. Whenever I hit an obstacle, a quick help desk ticket to the team is usually responded to within a few hours and resolved within less than a day. What is your favorite Fexa dictionary word?
“I would have to say my favorite Fexa dictionary word is ‘Fexpert.’ It’s short, sweet, and kind of rolls off the tongue. It defines just the level of interaction I have with the system. I have a sticker on my laptop that says ‘I’m a Fexpert.’ I enjoy it, and it also provides a little validation day-to-day, just to remind me that I know what I’m doing.”
