What is the EPA Requiring in Their HFC Phasedown Schedule?
Deciphering the AIM Act: Explaining the EPA Allocation Allowances – Part Four of Our In-Depth Series
Thursday, Jan. 11 | 10am PT/1pm ET
On Oct. 6, the EPA introduced new rules as part of the AIM Act, and is now stepping in to ensure enough recycled HFCs are available, requiring better tracking of HFC containers and stricter labeling to prevent leaks.
Please join us for part four of our four-part series on recent changes to EPA regulations where we focus on the EPA’s phasedown schedule which begins in 2024. The rule establishes baseline levels for HFC production and consumption, against which reductions will be measured. Starting with a 40% reduction in 2024.
Register today for this Fexa and Friends Network presentation and learn about:
- What the EPA is trying to accomplish with the HFC phasedown.
- Which six industries received allowances to delay HFC phasedown?
- …. And much more.
