Teresa Phelps, is a VP of Business Development. Teresa focuses on new client development for commercial facility services including landscaping, snow and ice management, parking lot maintenance, handyman services, electrical, locksmiths and plumbing. Teresa has more than 30 years of sales and managerial experience, having worked with some of the largest brands in the retail facility management industry, and has spoken at numerous conferences across the country.
