changing landscape of facilities management

I am pleased to announce that Mainsail Partners has made an investment to support Fexa in our efforts to accelerate the value we can deliver to our customers and the Facilities Management community.

For over a decade, we’ve been focused on bringing superior technology solutions to the facilities management community that are grounded in a solid understanding of our customers’ business.  Many of us at Fexa have been in the facilities industry for a long time.  Our entire team prioritizes active listening and engagement with our customers to make our service and our solutions support customer success.  We are proud to live our values of Human First, Integrity, Innovation and Customer Success in everything we do.

As we move into this second half of 2022, I’m pleased to announce that we are taking an investment from Mainsail Partners (see announcement) to help us further expand and accelerate our product features, integration capabilities, and broaden our partnerships in continued support of the success of our customers and community.  I am fully committed to the opportunity ahead of us and in addition to my role as CEO, I will be a board member on the newly formed board.

A lot has changed from the early days of myself and Luke walking the aisles at PRSM, to this year, proudly accepting the Connex FM member selected Supplier of the Year Award.  But what has not changed is my priority to grow our business through nurturing long time relationships with our customers. I remain laser-focused on making sure our partners gain value both personally and professionally from being a part of our community; and have a competitive edge by leveraging our Facilities Exchange and Fexa solutions.  

 

 

 

At our Summit this past April, one of my proudest moments was when one of our customers stated to the room – “Sometimes we have to wait a little longer to get a new feature from Fexa than we would like, but we always know that we can trust the commitments made to us and the quality of support we will get from the Fexa team.”  This investment is going to allow us to accelerate on delivering features and capabilities that we know are critical to customer success and deliver for you, our customers.

Why we chose Mainsail Partners

We have been heavily courted by various investment firms over the years.  Mainsail stood out from others for a few key reasons. They recognized the value of our technology solution, Fexa, as a platform that addresses the needs of the FM community today and into the future.  They have focused on building and supporting a portfolio of bootstrapped companies like our own (including in similar industries) and took the time to really understand our vision for the future. They have a purpose-built team with deep operational experience that will work side by side with us to help chart our course. And finally, I personally was able to develop relationships with the Mainsail team and confirm for myself that their commitment to relationships with their portfolio company leaders and appreciation for enhancing, not disrupting, our culture is in line with what I was looking for in a partnership.

We are just getting started!

Through this process, the Mainsail team members and portfolio community have engaged with us and share our vision for a bright future where we can continue to deliver value for our customers and community.

Our leadership and mission remains intact and focused on your success. With this new injection of capital we will expand our product development and support teams to accelerate our roadmap and enhance client training and support for our customers. It is my hope that you will begin to see the value of new innovation and solution enhancements in the coming months.
