Zamo Technologies, LLC may process your Personal Data because:

  • The processing is in our legitimate interests and it is not overridden by your rights

Zamo Technologies, LLC will take all the steps necessary to ensure that your data is secure and maintained in accordance with this Privacy Policy. No transfer of your Personal Data whatsoever will take place unless there are adequate controls in place, including the security of your data and other personal information.

 

Disclosure of Data

Business Transaction

If Zamo Technologies, LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide you with written notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

Zamo Technologies, LLC may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

The security of your data is of the upmost importance to us and we make every effort to keep your data secure. We implement and keep up-to-date security standards in an effort to protect our customers’ data.

Customer information is stored in electronic databases. Zamo Technologies, LLC employs

industry-standard technical safeguards, including but not necessarily limited to encryption password and/or cryptographic key-based authentication controls on servers which house the customer’s information, browser-based SSL encryption, and other storage system access control mechanisms to protect the integrity of internal databases and prevent unauthorized access.

Customer systems are protected by firewalls limiting access to only those services required to be exposed for normal usage of Zamo Technologies, LLC software.

Customer systems are protected by intrusion detection systems that aim to prevent the unlawful and unwanted access of intruders.

Security patches are installed regularly as they become available and within a reasonable amount of time after Zamo Technologies, LLC becomes aware of any vulnerability or virus that may affect the systems hosting the Zamo Technologies, LLC’s software.

Our Policy on “Do Not Track” Signals under the California Online Protection Act (CalOPPA) We do not support Do Not Track (“DNT”). Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.

You can enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your web browser.
