Describe your experience with Fexa
“We use Fexa for all of our work order maintenance. It’s been really convenient to use. It’s very user friendly. All of our studio managers and vendors use it. We refuse to work with anyone who doesn’t use Fexa.”
What about Fexa do you like the most?
“How user friendly it is. The fact that anybody can use it. It’s really intuitive with going through the steps of entering a work order from start to finish, and prompting you onto the next section. The mobile app feature is really great, too. I’m able to check everything on the go.”
What expert advice would you give to other professionals in the industry?
“Find peers who are doing the same thing as you in the industry. Rely on their expertise because other people may have been going through the same problem that you’re currently going through. Also, working with your vendors and finding out how they implemented solutions with other customers.”
Would you recommend Fexa to others?
“Absolutely. I definitely recommend Fexa.”
Favorite Fexa dictionary word?
“Fexpectation. I think it sets the tone for how we want our partners to show up using Fexa. Sending those notes to us, tagging, us in them, using the system for their invoices and proposals. Setting that Fexpectation that they should be using Fexa instead of going through email or calling.”
