What were things like before and after you starting working with Fexa?
Before, we used different platforms. What I was getting from those other platforms was not exactly what I was looking for. Gopuff being the first one to utilize Fexa allowed me to get exactly what I was looking for, and is the reason why we shifted all of our brands to Fexa.
What can you say about the system’s flexibility or the support you received from the team?
Reporting and automation were very critical. Reporting is amazing at Fexa. It’s very simplified, which is different from other platforms that get very complex to the point it’s challenging to use them. With the automation, I can do a lot more with less resources in-house.
What are the common challenges that you see businesses face in facilities management?
Finding the right vendors, and making sure we’re providing our field teams with the service they need. Making sure you find the right ones, ones that are honest. That is super challenging.
What is something you wish AI could help you with in your day-to-day operations?
I would love to see more utilization of AI to see the trends that are happening in the building and facilities. With a smaller crew I can’t track every air conditioning job that goes into one of the 600 buildings. Using AI, we can see trends, such as a unit needing to be replaced, vendor performance, and other things like that.
What is it like to work with the team at Fexa?
I love the team at Fexa. I was playing around with tools last week and made some changes that actually impacted the way that automation works in the system. Last night the team called at 7 pm and jumped right in to fix it and turn things back to what they were.
Would you recommend Fexa to others?
I will absolutely recommend Fexa to others. I have been recommending Fexa to both vendors, as well as companies that require a platform like this.
