What do you like most about Fexa?
“First, the personal customer service. I’ve really enjoyed everybody, from the first demo meetings, all the way through development, implementation, and onboarding. Second, the customization. What were things like before and after you starting working with Fexa?
“Before Fexa, we had a CMMS platform and several different processes, and they worked well for us for a really long time. A lot has changed, and we’ve also grown considerably in that timeframe. We just found a lot of the processes and systems weren’t keeping up with our growth. When we were looking for something different, we vetted Fexa for over two years. What it came down to was understanding how the system was going to help us grow and reduce the clicks that we had for our team, and being able to streamline things and keep us moving forward.”
What are common challenges that you see businesses face in facilities management?
“One of the things that keeps coming back to us is facilities needing to do more with less. Having systems that can keep up with us, and the technologies we’re going to be using to help us move forward. Also, innovations, and asking what we can do to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to changes.”
What is one thing you wish AI could help you with in your day-to-day operations?
“We’ve used AI in our field teams to help with customers for quite a long time. Recently, we rolled out a ChatGPT for our store support center. I try to use it for things I wouldn’t normally think about, and other things that can help to streamline the processes.”
Would you recommend Fexa to others?
“Absolutely. It’s been a great experience from the start. The customization is key. Being able to pull everything out of the box and build on it to create processes and ensure efficiencies. We even have a whole other department that is going to come on the system with us, which is going to make the lives of our store teams even better.”
