I love Fexa for its adaptability. There’s settings you can change for each individual user— whether that be me as a project manager, or the store team, or the home office support that helps the store team. What were things like before and after you started working with Fexa?
Before Fexa, our process was very stagnant and there wasn’t a lot of room to change things. With Fexa we’re able to change things to our preference— whether it be reporting, how we dispatch. The PM programs are amazing compared to what we previously had.
What can you say about the customizable aspect of Fexa?
With Fexa and Fexalytics, we’re able to customize reporting depending on the needs of who wants to see it. We have an executive dashboard if I want to send something up to our higher leadership. The team can look at what they want to look at based on their needs at the given time.
What is one thing you wish AI could help you with in your day-to-day operations?
We’ve seen some reports on Fexa AI for reporting, and just AI in general helping us with reporting. Everyone wants to see the information in a slightly different way. With AI, we’re able to get more diverse reporting.
Would you recommend Fexa to others?
Yes, we have recommended Fexa and we’ve helped onboard some other clients. We love it, and share all of our lessons with both the clients and Fexa themself so the platform continues to get better and better. I would absolutely recommend Fexa to others.
