What do you love most about Fexa?
The main reason we came to Fexa was because we were looking for a new system and everybody was very rigid in what they were offering. Fexa came in offering flexibility. Describe life before and after Fexa
The system we used before was great, but had limitations. We weren’t able to pull as much information as we wanted to, whether it be reports, analytics, store floor plans, work order history. With Fexa, we found everything was much more streamlined. We’re able to customize how we want to report things. If we need to pull a quick report for a meeting, it’s been much easier. It’s made it easier for my team to focus on their work instead of spending time pulling and inputing information.
What are some challenges facing the industry today?
For us, tighter budgets, and trying to figure out how to get more out of our money. By using Fexa, we’re able to look at our open work orders and group things together by trades, and be able to get better results with less money.
What are some technologies that you’re looking forward to in the industry?
AI, and how it help our team, not replace it. I’m interested to see how it can help our team solve problems faster or see recurring issues and how we can resolve those in a better way.

Totally. I’ve had multiple potential clients come to me and I’ve helped one or two sign on to Fexa. I’m an avid user and proud to support Fexa and promote it.
