“With the Fexalytics, we have more visibility now, and I’m able to carve up the data the way I want to see it. I love that Fexa has customizable features. It helps me manage my budget in ways our previous platform didn’t allow us to.”
What are some challenges facing the industry today?
“It all goes back to the leases, how they’re negotiated, and understanding what is our responsibility compared to the landlord. The quality of the building as its turned over to us drives a lot of our decision making. Also, establishing really strong relationships with the real estate and legal teams. Facilities has a seat at that table.”
What are some technologies you’re looking forward to in the industry?
“Everybody’s talking about AI. I’m really interested to see how that’s going to change not only Industrious but the industry as a whole. There’s a lot of things that we still need to continue to maintain— internal surveys, external surveys, and making sure you’re having those touch points with your customer base.”
Would you recommend Fexa to others?
“Absolutely. I think putting the work in to building the platform how you want for your business really pays it forward. Obviously there’s time and investment, and change can be hard, but if you do the work, Fexa has really been a game changer for us. I highly recommend it.”
