What do you love most about Fexa?

“Our business is a little different from a lot of others that use Fexa. Fexa realizes that all their customers have unique business needs. They’ve been able to adapt to our business, whereas some of the competition that we’ve worked with in the past has a canned model where they’re going to push you into an idea of how they think you should operate. Fexa has a lot of respect for each customer’s individual needs.”

Describe life before and after Fexa

“We were on a CMMS platform for 10 years before we went to Fexa. Fexa’s ability to be nimble and adjust to our needs as a client was a great benefit for us. We brought over 10 years of data and out it in the system. A lot changed because they did all the custom things we need. They helped prevent a big interruption to our business.”

What are some challenges facing the industry today?

“There’s so many external variables that go into facilities maintenance. The unpredictability of the industry is a common challenge everybody has to deal with. Also, having to get the allocated budget funds to do the things you need to keep the facilities running is a big challenge as well.”

What are some technologies that you’re looking forward to in the industry?

“The conversation around AI is really interesting to us. We have a lot of data. A lot of times we’re doing analysis, putting together spreadsheets, and reacting to what it was. If we had an AI system to get ahead of that and predict some of those things, is a very intriguing idea.”
