Highlight
Fexa has made it a lot for easier for both our internal and external teams to react and prioritize the issue based on that context.
What do you love most about Fexa?
“Fexa is so easy for the users in my stores. I have about 900 locations and both our maintenance and facilities teams are using Fexa. Our store users find it so easy to use and enter work orders and look them up. That’s been a huge win.”
Describe life before and after Fexa
“Before Fexa, we had a platform that made it so our store leaders were anonymous when they entered work orders. At a certain store we might get a work order and then send out a vendor, but we weren’t sure who the work order came from. Fexa has made it easy to see who the work order came from. It’s also made it easier for user to enter in notes, and add context. It’s been an operational game changer.”
What are some challenges facing the industry today?
“There’s constant change, limited resources, and often facilities maintenance is deprioritized. When we can get ahead of that and take a proactive approach, and show the payoff by investing in the front end, that’s ideal.”
What are some technologies that you’re looking forward to in the industry?
“I think there’s already some usage of IOT devices on critical equipment, as well as critical components to the facility itself. Those IOT and AI-driven devices will be really beneficial, as well as EMS systems. Seeing how they integrate into EMS and more work order automation, I’m very excited about.”
Would you recommend Fexa to others?
“I would recommend Fexa. It’s been awesome to partner with Fexa and the different leaders within the organization and to have that feeling that they genuinely care about our business and being able to scale, and really make Fexa as great as it can be.”
